Built-in Reports

AlchemOS Positive includes a library of pre-built reports aligned to major sustainability frameworks. No configuration required — connect your data and generate.

Accessing reports

Go to Reporting → Reports Library to see all built-in reports.

Reports are grouped by framework:

  • Core GHG — Greenhouse gas inventory and summary reports
  • Regulatory — CSRD, SECR, EPD
  • Voluntary frameworks — CDP, TCFD, GRI, SASB
  • Internal — Management dashboards and benchmarks
  • Offset summary — Credit wallet and retirement reports

Core GHG Reports

GHG Inventory Report

Your complete Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions inventory for a chosen period. Includes:

  • Summary table by scope and category
  • Emission factor details and sources
  • Organisational boundary statement
  • Year-on-year comparison

Output formats: PDF, Excel, Word

Emissions Intensity Report

Emissions normalised by a revenue, headcount, floor area or production unit you define. Shows whether your carbon efficiency is improving even as the business grows.

Emission Sources Breakdown

A ranked list of all emission subcategories by magnitude, useful for identifying hotspots for reduction initiatives.

Regulatory Reports

UK SECR (Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting)

Complies with the UK Companies Act 2006 (as amended) for qualifying large companies. Covers:

  • UK Scope 1 and Scope 2 (location-based) energy consumption
  • Global GHG emissions in tCO₂e
  • Intensity metric of your choice
  • Methodology statement

CSRD / ESRS E1 Data Pack

Structured data extract aligned to ESRS E1 data points (climate). Use as the input to your CSRD sustainability statement. Includes all required quantitative and qualitative disclosures with references to source entries.

EU Taxonomy Climate Alignment Report

Revenue and CapEx/OpEx breakdown by Taxonomy classification (substantial contribution, DNSH, minimum safeguards).

Voluntary Framework Reports

CDP Climate Questionnaire Data Pack

Exports responses to the core CDP Climate questionnaire sections (C1–C12) in a format ready to paste into CDP's online platform. Covers:

  • Governance and strategy
  • Risks and opportunities
  • Scope 1, 2, 3 emissions with breakdowns
  • Reduction targets and progress
  • Offset and removal activities

TCFD Report

Narrative alignment report structured around the four TCFD pillars: Governance, Strategy, Risk Management, Metrics & Targets. Includes tCO₂e data populated from your entries.

GRI Standards Data Pack

Data mapped to GRI 305 (Emissions) and GRI 302 (Energy) disclosures.

Offset Summary Report

A dedicated report covering:

  • Credits purchased by project, standard and vintage
  • Credits retired vs purchased ratio
  • Retired emissions breakdown by project type (avoidance vs removal)
  • Registry serial-number table for assurance

Generating a report

  1. Click a report name in the library
  2. Select the reporting period (financial year, calendar year, or custom range)
  3. Choose the organisational scope (all sites, or a specific sub-group)
  4. Click Generate

Generation time depends on data volume — most reports complete in under 30 seconds. Large organisations with > 10,000 entries may take up to two minutes.

Report history

All generated reports are saved in Reporting → Report History with:

  • Report type
  • Period and organisational scope
  • Generated by and generation date
  • Download links (PDF and data exports)

Reports are retained for 7 years to satisfy audit retention requirements.
