Scheduled Reports
Scheduled Reports allow you to automate report generation and delivery — so your board, finance team or sustainability committee receive the latest data without anyone having to manually generate and send a report.
Creating a schedule
- Open any built-in or custom report
- Click Actions → Schedule Report
- Complete the schedule form

Pausing and resuming
Toggle the Active switch to pause a schedule. Paused schedules retain their configuration and can be resumed at any time. No deliveries occur while paused.
Run history
Click a schedule row → History tab to see every past delivery:
- Run date and time
- Period covered by the report
- Recipients delivered to
- Status (Delivered / Failed / Bounced)
- Link to download the exact file that was sent
On-demand run
Click Actions → Run Now on any schedule to trigger an immediate delivery outside of the normal schedule. Useful for ad-hoc boardroom requests.
Managing recipient lists
Add or remove recipients at any time from the schedule edit form. External email recipients (outside your AlchemOS Positive organisation) will receive the report as an email attachment — they do not need an account.
Security note: External recipients cannot log in and cannot access any data beyond the report attachment. The email is sent from
reports@mail.alchemos.io. Ask your IT team to whitelist this sender if needed.
